Two Korean origins,
one philosophy.

Both lines of Unbelievable begin in the East Sea of Korea, a body of water oceanographers describe as a Natural Deep Sea Laboratory. From it, two distinct sources: the volcanic depths surrounding Ulleungdo, and the cold isolated stratum off Gangwon Province.
The East Sea

A miniature ocean, naturally enclosed.

The East Sea functions like a naturally enclosed basin. Its narrow entrance lets the water circulate internally rather than mixing with the wider ocean, creating an independent water mass with its own temperature, oxygen and mineral profile. Oceanographers call it a “miniature ocean.”

Unbelievable draws from two distinct strata within this system, each shaped by the basin’s vertical circulation and centuries of isolation from the wider Pacific.

Why depth matters

Depth is a starting point. Testing confirms the rest.

Below a certain depth, ocean water stops mixing with the surface. It sits in a layer that stays cold, dark, and stable year round, removed from the runoff and seasonal swings that define shallow sources. That stability is the first thing depth gives you.

Seawater is mineral bearing by nature. Water drawn from this deep layer arrives already carrying minerals in solution, rather than relying on minerals added later. Depth gives the water a consistent, mineral bearing foundation. Accredited testing confirms what reaches the bottle.

Drawn from depth

Water is drawn from the deep, cold layer of the East Sea off Sokcho, South Korea.

Processed

The water is processed to drinking water standards while retaining its naturally occurring minerals.

Bottled

Recovery is bottled in BPA free PET. Reserve is bottled in glass as a limited release.

Tested

Every batch is verified by accredited third party laboratories before release.
