Terms of Use.

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to purchase from Unbelievable Water. By placing an order, you represent that you meet these requirements.

Unbelievable Water sells natural mineral water sourced from Korea’s East Sea. Cases consist of twenty 500 mL bottles unless otherwise noted. Product descriptions, packaging, and availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities and discontinue any product at any time.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change at any time. Subscription rates are locked at the price of your initial order. We will provide at least fourteen (14) days’ notice before any subscription price increase takes effect.

We accept major credit cards and digital payment methods. By placing an order you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory limitations.

Subscription orders renew automatically on a recurring basis at the cadence selected at checkout. Subscriptions continue until cancelled. To cancel or modify your subscription, email support@unbelievablewater.com at least 48 hours before your next scheduled charge.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days from shipment, depending on destination. We are not responsible for carrier delays, lost-in-transit incidents outside our control, or delays caused by inaccurate shipping information provided at checkout.

We do not accept returns on consumable products for hygiene and safety reasons. If your order arrives damaged, please email support@unbelievablewater.com within seven (7) days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

The Services and products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Unbelievable Water is a beverage. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Statements about our products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Consult a qualified health professional before making changes to your diet or hydration routine, particularly if you have a medical condition.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall Unbelievable Water, its officers, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services or products. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

All content on the Services, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, illustrations, and trademarks, is the property of Unbelievable Water or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or related to the Services or these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pima County, Arizona, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective Date” at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Services after a change indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
