Reserve is drawn from a deep, cold layer of the East Sea around Ulleungdo, isolated from surface mixing. It is bottled in glass as a limited release. Full third party testing is underway, and complete results will be published before general availability.

Odyssey
The island of Ulleungdo.
Ulleungdo is a volcanic island that rises from the East Sea off the eastern coast of Korea. Around it, the sea holds a deep, cold layer that sits apart from the surface.
The East Sea behaves like a naturally enclosed basin. Its narrow entrance lets water circulate internally rather than mix freely with the wider ocean, which gives the deep layer its own temperature and character. Reserve is drawn from this layer.
The Water

Seawater carries minerals by nature. Water drawn from the deep East Sea layer arrives already mineral bearing, rather than relying on minerals added later. The full mineral profile for the Ulleungdo source will be published once accredited testing is complete.

Why Depth
Why the deep layer is different.
Most ocean water mixes constantly with the surface, the weather, and the watershed above it. The deep layer of an enclosed basin does not. It stays cold and stable, removed from surface runoff and seasonal change. That stability is what makes a deep source a consistent starting point.
